About Our Coaches

As well as having years of experience in Judo all of our coaches have a national recognised qualification in coaching which is continuously updated with refresher training and high-level seminars delivered by Judo Scotland. 

To keep these qualifications valid coaches must also have a valid First Aid Certificate, PVG certificate and a safeguarding and protecting children qualification all updated every 3 years.

All of our coaches and helpers give up their time on a voluntary basis to benefit the club and its members.
